[DIPECHO Network] Sharing Knowledge on DRR - conclusions from two workshops

Dear disaster practitioners,

As part of the DIPECHO funded project 'Living with risk - sharing knowledge on disaster preparedness in the Himalayan region', ICIMOD has convened two workshops addressing disaster preparedness planning, and social inclusion in these planning processes (in Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Pakistan). The project is coming to an end by this month, and we are currently busy summarizing the project outcome.

We have chosen to present the conclusions from the two workshops as an information leaflet, intended to be easily distributed among key practitioners, policy- and decision-makers, or the general public. The leaflet is attached with this e-mail as a pdf-file.
