Under a World Bank funded activity, National Disaster Management Authority
(NDMA) of Pakistan is looking for an expert for 5-6 months duration for the
following broad tasks.



- National Disaster Response Plan

- Detailed Concept Paper and TORs of the National Emergency Operations
Center

- SOPs for federal ministries/departments for their participation in
disaster response



Detailed TORs are attached. You are requested to kindly circulate the TORs
to relevant experts, or recommend any names. I shall be extremely grateful
for time and assistance.
